I've dressed Bunny girl in Zutano and Bunny Boo in Itzy Bitzy and honestly I'm a Happy Momma when it comes to these two brands.

Each piece is created to reflect expression, style and uniqueness of the young wearer.

We were sent a piece from the new line that will come out in the Spring and once again I have to rave about the quality of the fabric.


This is one set that I can dress Bunny girl in to play outdoors, stay cool and yet protected from the sun. The overall look is "happy" and radiates Spring all over.
Now even though I am more partial towards Zutano's dresses I will admit that Zutano is Zutano.
You can't but help love whatever they bring out!

It isn't easy shopping for a petite made newborn or a preemie simply because the baby apparel you find in the stores are generally larger sized. Bunny girl was not a very big made baby so 0-3 month onesies even fit her well into the 4th and 5th month of her life. I think Bunny Boo may follow trend. Thankfully we have baby boutiques like Uli and Michael Belensky's Vermont based brand Zutano's Itzy Bitzy. This boutique caters exclusively to our smaller framework bundles of joy.

The Itzy Bitzy line focuses on clothes for preemies and newborns. The only two sizes you will find are 4-8lbs and 9-13 lbs.....I can hear that sigh of relief...Finally!


When you skim through the baby clothes featured on the Itzy Bitzy site you will notice they all have three things in common-Stand Out Color, Vibrancy and Personality. No you won't find the pastel blues and pinks, just a whole bunch of fiery oranges, sunshine yellows, palm tree greens and .....yes a whole bunch of other 'happy colors'


What makes these baby clothes the preferred preemie choice are the 'easy access points' provided on the apparel to allow the attachment of medical devices and/or IVs during a preemie's stay in the NICU.

Bunny Boo was sent a Dino Jungle Kimono top and a Blue Periwinkle legging to welcome his anticipated arrival next month.


I love that he would be able to wear this from Day 1 itself. The size and the ease of slipping the clothes on and off quickly is great!

All Itzy Bitzy clothes are made from 100% imported interlocked cotton (I would suggest giving the apparel a wash before your little one wears it as it will softens considerably in comfort.) and are the perfect material especially during the summer months....baby stays snug yet not uncomfortably warm.

Itzy Bitzy also carries baby accessories, blankets and plush toys.

Welcoming a baby into this world is one of the most beautiful things to experience. Holding your newborn in your arms, you look down into those beautiful sparkling little eyes and you know you want to give your precious gift from God the best that you can afford. You know each time you went shopping, you'd pick only the nicest looking clothes that were possible with the budget in hand.

Today with so many clothing brands out there, its sometimes hard to find something different from the regular designs for your baby. One store that stands out, though, is Zutano. Zutano's latest project- the Itzy Bitzy boutique is a line dedicated to your precious newborns, catering particularly to lower birth weight babies. Sizes fit 4-8 lb babies and 9- 13 lb babies. (Isn't that great? You don't need to make your baby wear clothes he/she floats around in)

I remember shopping for Bunny girl when she was a few weeks old- solid colors, pastel shades, cute animal prints and that's it. The choice was not vast but take a look at the bold prints and fun designed newborn clothes you can find at Zutano.



Tres chic, right? The Zutano Itzy Bitzy line has also been created with 'easy access points' to accommodate hospital procedures like IV connects and medical device connects etc, especially as many premature babies tend to go through several hospital visits and stay ins the first couple of weeks after their birth. All garments are made with 100% interlocked cotton, making the fabric soft and comfortable for a child to wear

As you know, I don't have a teeny tiny baby...just my 3.5 year old Bunny girl! Zutano was kind to send her one of their trademark bold print dresses for review. The first thing I did was rub the dress on my cheek....soft!!! It's a tad bit big for Bunny girl right not so I didn't make her wear it for a photograph...but here's what her 'happy, floral print with a difference' dress looks like...


Did I mention the fabric is so soft ? ( ;>)
