Bunny girl soon turns five years old and it's around this time in a preschooler's life that she realizes that everyone is not really the same. The way a child speaks, the way she looks, the sort of food she prefers etc. can cut her some flak from atleast a few preschool buddies especially when she is the only 'Desi' child in class.
And when you're 5, you don't understand why God couldn't have made you just like everyone else.

Lisa Bergen beautifully explains how God creatively made each of us different. "Each of us has a special place in God's great big world."
I love the way Mama Polar bear explains to Little Cub how important it is to embrace each difference, looking at each creation as a masterpiece of God.

This is such an apt book for my Bunny girl especially as she goes through this phase in her little life. We've saved the book to give to her over the weekend and I'm believing God will use this book to minister to her heart and show her that she's just as special as anybody else.

Thank God for women like Lisa who're sensitive to God's leading especially while writing a book to bless the hearts of His little ones.
