The Buzz:

Zondervan is a pillar in the Christian Publishing circles with products translated into over 200 languages and distributed to markets in 60 countries around the world. My love for Zondervan has been made transparent on more occasions than one!
Zondervan always has something for everybody.

February 2011 brought to the market a handy, compact KJV Bible Clutch for women.

Part Bible, part wallet, the Bible Clutch was specially created with an interior pocket and zipper closure for carrying and protecting every woman’s “must have” day-to-day accessories.

Measuring less than an inch thick, these Bibles are the perfect size to fit in your purse or to carry in your hand instead of your purse!

This 4.8" x 8.3" Bible Clutch has the traditional features that include double-column, easy-reading format, the words of Christ in red lettering,

a presentation page for gifting and sturdy bindings.

Additional features of Bible Clutch include:

• Complete King James Version text
• Slots for carrying credit cards

• Perspectives from the Bible section, including: What to Read When Seeking God’s Direction and What the Bible Says about Compassion
• End of paragraph reference system, providing cross reference to significant related Scripture passages

E.B. Mommy's Report:

My mother works as an administrator in a Christian organization. Each day begins with a chapel service, something that she loves attending. Most often she carries along her bulky handbag to ensure her wallet is not left in an unsupervised place in the office but now with the light weight Bible Clutch (weighs less than 1 lb!), not only will she be able to stash away her credit and i.d. cards in an inconspicuous manner but also be able to use her own Bible as reference during each Chapel service.
(I don't know about you but I'm the sort of person who prefers to carry along her own Bible for a service as it gives me the freedom to add a little note about a reflection pulled from the service and highlight verses etc)

I love the Bible Clutch but I'm more comfortable with an NKJV version Bible whilst my mother is all for a KJV version over any other version. The pink cover also is symbolic for her passionate stand for the fight against breast cancer, so yes this will be yours Ma!

This is a great "Carry On The Go" Bible that will give you plenty of incentive to pull out the same when you have a few free minutes in the day and refresh yourself in the Word of the LORD.

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth,
but you shall meditate in it day and night,
that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it.
For then you will make your way prosperous,
and then you will have good success.

(Joshua 1:8)

What a neat idea! I love that you are giving it to your mom too-it truly sounds like it would be perfect for her :-)
