This past Christmas I found so much joy in picking little gifts of encouragement from the DaySpring store. For those of you who are not familiar with this beautiful Christian subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, DaySpring is a treasure chest filled with inspirational cards and beautiful gifts to encourage you and your loved ones on a daily basis.

I'm always humbled each time I reflect upon God's merciful, abundant Grace upon my life. Each day brings up so many reminders of the same and now, thanks to a beautiful handmade tray I found on the DaySpring site, I've found a special reminder to thank Him for the same.


Wonderful Grace is a 14" x 14" hand-carved, light weight, wooden tray with floral designs.


It is inspired from the verse, John 1:16-"From the fullness of His grace we have all received one blessing after another." (NIV) and features the words
wonderful grace
simple joy
unending hope
authentic peace
unfathomable love
on the face of the same.

My "Grace" tray also has a special place in my heart after I discovered it was made by artisans from back home....India.

I just have one word of advice for when you plan to shop at DaySpring....start shopping a few days ahead. Only because the store has so many wonderful products, you will find it hard to narrow down to a choice of even three in just under an hour!
