This post is a 'Christmas Carnival' feature...The Carnival of Giveaways (or should I say Christmas prezzies?) on Energizer Bunny's Mommy Reports from November 1- December 5 2010.

There's nothing as scary as sitting in front of your computer watching a virus eat up all the files you've stored or realizing you can't access any folders because your laptop seems to have crashed. Ofcourse the blow is a little easier if you know you've stored most of your files and folders in an external hard drive....but what if you haven't?

A friend of ours faced this gut wrenching predicament when all their first child's photographs got wiped out along with important files on their computer. They hadn't stored anything on an external storage device nor had they uploaded any pictures or data onto the internet. Now all they have are memories and nothing physical. Scary!!
