Learning Curve products have been bought for babies by a countless number of parents over the years. Fun features include a mirror sun for self-discovery, crinkle corn for stimulating baby’s hearing, a tractor teether and loops to easily attach additional toys.

I still remember the day Bunny Boo discovered he could roll over onto his tummy and explore a new environment....the floor. We'd place him on his colorful playmat and watch him gurgle at the bold colored shapes and patterns. When I opened out the Lamaze Tummy Time Air by Learning Curve before passing it on for a friend's 5 month old baby to use, I was intrigued to find the little Tummy arch. I thought this was a unique addition to the mat....a neat way to keep a baby's head from flopping face down onto the mat.


The arch includes a crinkly corn attachment and a teething toy attachment as well.

The mirror is another addition all babies will enjoy. Bunny Boo's playmat had an attached mirror that would entertain him for long periods of time. He'd peer into it and coo to it. I'm sure he thought he was talking to a new buddy!


I like the colorful, happy animal pictures on the mat but really wish the material used would've been cotton instead of polyester. Bunny Boo would get uncomfortable and sweaty when placed on polyester based mats so I'd place a cotton sheet over the mat to keep him cool and relaxed.


Otherwise this makes a great carry-along especially if you'd like to put your little one down to play while visiting with friends or even at a park.
