CLOSED: Healthy Yummy and now Natural PB Sandwiches with Jif (+BTS Giveaway #25)

This post is a 'Back To School 2010 Carnival' feature on Energizer Bunny's Mommy Reports.

Practically every day when I ask Bunny girl what sandwich she'd like me to pack for her school lunch box, she'll chirpily say 'Peanut Butter'. I don't think twice about making her a peanut butter sandwich only because I've read that it's a healthy snack for a growing child, an energy booster, has fairly high quantities of dietary fiber, proteins and substantial amounts of Vitamin E (check this CNN article out).
Having said that, we generally pick up Jif's Creamy Peanut Butter as our preferred choice but I will now consider switching to their latest product introduction- Jif's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter.

This is said to have

90 percent peanuts
5 simple ingredients: roasted peanuts, sugar, palm oil, salt and molasses
Half the sodium of regular stabilized peanut butter and
The same 'peanutty' taste but only three grams of saturated fat per serving

If you like your peanut butter with the little chewy bits in it, Jif also has the Natural Chunky Peanut Butter in the stores.

I do know many people eat peanut butter on different munchies and with different foods.

Who can enter: Kids between the ages of 6 yrs and 12 yrs as on October 22, 2010 (Parents can help their children submit their entries)

What should they submit?: An original recipe using Jif Peanut Butter

How can they enter?: Download the form from this link, read the official rules ,fill in the form and send it to Jif.

What can they win?:

One Grand Prize: a $25,000 scholarship fund and one Jif gift basket (ARV: $25,050).
Four runner-up prizes: a $2,500 scholarship fund and one Jif gift basket (ARV: $2,550) each. Remaining five Online Finalist prizes: One Jif gift basket each (ARV: $50).

Qualified entrants who submit their entry in the first 6 weeks of the call for entries will receive a Jif To Go Back To School pack (Approximate retail value "ARV": $25.00) while supplies last and provided entry is postmarked by September 10, 2010 and received by September 17, 2010.
