Beibi shoes (Festive R&G)

Getting the right shoes for a child is a task that is extremely crucial and at times frustrating when you just can't find what you want in the store. Thankfully in today's day and age with a few click,click,clicks you can find what you want online. One online 'shoe stop' you must make is at Wee Squeak's infant shoes line - 'Beibi'

Sadly the Beibi boys line only has 4 designs, I guess they felt the little lassies needed more shoe options to mix and match with all those frills, lace and ribbons!

All the infant shoes are marked a bit on the pricey end at 31.95 US$ a pair, irrespective of the designs...but as they say sometimes you need to pay a price to get quality.

Bunny girl is past the infant stage so the team at Wee Squeak's offered to send her a Wee Squeak shoe of choice. I decided to let Bunny girl choose from 3 options I'd narrowed down to. This is what she finally chose..

A simple but pretty 'wearable with most clothes' black Mary Jane with 4 flowers

I ordered one size larger than her present size so she needs to wait a little bit to snugly fit it into the pair. My initial expectation was to receive a shoe that was sturdy like regular toddler's shoes but was surprised these shoes were as soft and pliable as infant shoes. They have a strong sole support so she will have that shoe foundation, which is good.

One thing the shoe had that I removed before handing it over to her, is a squeaker on each shoe. Imagine a 3 year 8 month old little girl walking down the preschool corridor squeaking her happy little life out! (Or better still walking through the library to reach the kids reading section!) Bunny girl does not know her shoe had squeakers nor will she ever know...and we'll leave it at that for the sake of our sanity!!
(Note: All Wee Squeak shoes have squeakers while Beibi shoes and Wee Snaps do not squeak!)
