The Moon Shines Down is sweet bedtime story in rhyme that will take your little sleepy head and the little koala around the world as the Moon shines down upon the children in Switzerland, Mexico, France, Australia, England, Africa.

This book immediately transported me back to my childhood reminding me of when my Mother would sing "I see the Moon" to me.

I also love that this is a sturdy board book that will withstand rough handling by eager little hands wanting to see Linda Bleck's beautifully illustrated pictures with bold colors and characters (especially the little koala) with round button eyes and happy faces.

I would definitely recommend this book as one of those "warm, fuzzy" feeling books to share with your young ones.
