CLOSED: Gourmet Gift Baskets' Care Packages (+ 60$ Deluxe Sports Care Package Giveaway)

Gourmet Gift Baskets is no stranger on our blog. Their Beapod Candle Crate is still "glowing" strong at home.
And now to add practicality to their line, they've introduced Care Packages that can be sent out to family and friends stationed/located far away.

The Buzz:

Care Packages were designed and created keeping in mind loved ones serving in the Military, College students,

University students, students away on camping trips and boarding school students.

With the weather warming up I thought it would be neat to pick an "outdoorsy" package...the Deluxe Sports Care Package

The Package includes:

· Disc-N-Throw Game with Tennis Ball - With brightly colored ball and paddles, this paddle ball game is fun for two people.

· G2Air Flying Disc - Assorted Colors - The G2 Air Flying Disc flies through the air like a Frisbee but looks way cooler.

· Large Football with Tail - Tossing the pigskin is a great way to pass the time and the tail enables kids to work on perfecting their throw.

· G2Air Jr. Foam Throwing Balls - Assorted Colors and Shapes

· Mini Basketball Game - A fun hand game that enables one to enjoy the game without needing a court to play.

· Basketball Hoop and Ball - Smaller than regulation size, but it still provides plenty of entertainment and can be stuck anywhere to enjoy the game.

· G2Air Rubber Playground Ball - With the G2 Air ball, your kid will be able to play anything from foursquare to kick ball.

· Sling Toss Game with Wiffle Ball - A fun game for two kids to enjoy, sling toss is a fun outdoor activity.

· Sports Themed Wooden Peg Games - Assorted Themes - Since it can be known to rain in the summer, it's good to send your camper a game that can be enjoyed indoors and out.

This is definitely a "lets go outdoors and have some fun with the kids" package especially if you have a decent sized backyard.

We broke out the Basket Ball Hoop and Ball and have hung the hoop on our bedroom door. Our passageway is considerably long, so Bunny girl has been practicing shooting hoops with this mini version.

Bunny Boo's favorite is the frisbee. He cracks up when the disc flies to Bunny girl and back to him. We've been doing "trials" in the living room and hope to hit the park this weekend to really let this disc fly it out!

The package is a nice assortment of "sporty" goodies but if you do feel you'd prefer something less pricey, you can always consider the regular Kids Sports Care Package. Not as much variety but still fun.
