It all began in the humble beginnings of a small retail store in Virginia in the year 1980. Today, 30 years later, Plow & Hearth is a trusted national catalog, retail, and internet company specializing in unique, enduring home and lifestyle products that are quality-built and guaranteed to meet their customer's expectations.
I have spent a few days cyber-window shopping on the site to find one product, within the specified budget, that I thought would be the best to review.
Now believe me it's hard to pick just one product from the Plow & Hearth site especially when you see this Bamboo Bench that would be perfect to place outdoors

or these unique saddle seat stools to pull up, say when you have an extra guest or two over.

I also contemplated bringing life to an empty wall in our living room with this unique wall art

or color to our beige carpeted floor with this washable (yes key word here!) Spring Glade rug

((Whew!))

It took a while and a lot of narrowing down and scratch offs before we (yes, Hubby had to be roped into the decision making process) finally decided that we'd choose the Classic Table Lamp with a sage fabric swatch to bring a little light (and life) into a specific corner in our living room.

I have to admit that I was a little worried that the shade would come in dented but the team at Plow & Hearth ensured both came intact when they packed and paper packaged the stand and the shade in separate boxes.

I'm thrilled with our pick as the lamp looks much more subtle and elegant than the picture on the site and has just filled in the emptiness that specific segment in the room once had.

I've worked with the Plow & Hearth extensions on earlier occasions and each instance I've noted quality in the products I've received, promptness in delivery, great customer service and the readiness to help find a solution to any problems I've had.
