Earlier this morning while going through posts on my Reader, I stopped at Love Hope Faith's blog when I saw little Trenton's face on the post. I hadn't heard about Reece's Rainbow earlier so I was curious to read more and what I read moved my heart and I knew I needed to feature this Ministry on Day 29 of the 30 Day Giving Challenge.

Reece's Rainbow promotes the international adoption of children with Down syndrome. By raising money to offer adoption grants on waiting children, they are able to give adoptive families the extra financial help they need to bring a child with Down syndrome home from a miserable existence in overseas orphanages.
There are various ways you can help. You can
- Financially sponsor a family for a child through the Christmas Angel Tree
- Support the Voice of Hope with your monetary donations
- Donate stock
- Shop through iGive at over 650 online stores this Christmas season. When you do this you will earn corporate donations for Reece's.
- Download GOODSEARCH…every time you search the internet, RR earns donations!
- Become a PRAYER WARRIOR
- Enter the Kindle Giveaway on Love Hope Faith's blog to help with Trenton's fund.
You CAN make a difference in the life of a child yearning for love and a family.

Last 2 days of the 30 Day Giving Challenge. It's still not late to be a part of the same. (For more information on the challenge and to join the same, click on this link to visit the site)

Thanks for this post! Adoption is amazing... but this is above and beyond!
ReplyDeleteAs a momma to a Special Needs older internationally adopted child, I can tell you that there are more kids that need families then you can imagine, SN or perfectly healthy. I was a volunteer in 17 different countries working in orphanages, and the faces stay with you. Do what you can, there are so many ways to help kids who will never know a family.
