Let me be honest. It's not always easy to find a dress or a top that is modest, fashionable and affordable...all under the same breath. Somehow "Reveal" is the mantra for many designers and sadly in my dictionary it's just not "Cool"!

The color of the top in the photograph honestly does no justice to the rich regal look it actually has.
