10 Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier Me!

I love these prompts from Twitter Moms, some really make me sit back and think while others have motivated me to delve in deep and check to see what changes I could make in my family and then there are those that get my creative juices churning. The latest Spring Renewal Prompt inspired by Twitter Moms and Tropicana Trop50 is to share 10 Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier Me!

Here are my 10 Little Happy, Healthy 'Me' Tips:
  1. Spending time in personal prayer and Bible devotion
  2. Spending time as a family every evening reading a family devotional, Bunny girl's kids devotional, singing a hymn/chorus or two and praying together as a family. (A Family that prays together, stays together....and are united in spirit, love and harmony! Yeah!!)
  3. Reading books to Bunny girl and playing a game with her or going on an outing with her.
  4. Taking a quick nap with Bunny girl in the afternoon after she gets back from preschool. (This also freshens me up for the rest of the day especially since I've officially hit the 9th month in pregnancy and think I need atleast 3 naps in a day!)
  5. Eating home cooked meals with fresh veggies and meats/fish.
  6. Drinking atleast two mugs of milk or milky tea' (lower concentrate of tea leaves) every day. (Tea's my additional boosting agent!)
  7. Eating a minimum of atleast 1 serving of fruit in a day (Most often its a nice big banana)
  8. Drinking as many glasses of water as I can. (The ideal is 8 glasses in a day but ever so often I fall short of the goal! Eek!)
  9. Spending time with Hubby and Bunny girl, just talking about the day or watching a program on the Food Network Channel (Bunny Girl's Favorite!)
  10. Spending time on Energizer Bunny's Mommy Reports (I find so much joy in writing posts on the blog-writing is very therapeutic!), reading other blogs, interacting with friends and family via various online mediums.
