* Click here to view the name(s) of the winner(s)*Nothing can be more demotivating than walking into a cluttered work space each morning for work or waking up to a room filled with clothes piled up on a chair, magazines on the floor and toys lining the path to the kitchen!! We all need to get organized, whether we accept it or not and sometimes to get that push in the right direction, having a few motivating organizational aids helps a great deal! So, are you all set to get Buttoned Up?
Buttoned Up is an online organizational haven created by 4 women, 3 sisters and a friend, in 2004. The Buttoned Up team has one mission....."to give women the tools they need to live an organized life not a life of organization" and they fulfill this mission beautifully, not just with the aids we need but also with a vault of helpful organizational tips and finds.
I was sent a Buttoned Up pack that included

We don't have pets, so I plan to send this over to a friend of mine who works all day and does have a pet-sitter come watch her darling Golden Retriever in the mornings. The petsitter pad is literally a mini page with all the information you'd want to convey to your pet-sitter, in a clear cut specific manner. From what your pet loves to eat and do, to what is within your acceptable 'pet ok' boundary with rules, schedules, contact information and a blank space for any other information you may want to add.
This 75 paged pad can be bought for 5.95 US$ online or from these stores.

When I saw the (Not) To Do pad I immediately thought of my father-in-law. He always tells me that I can't do everything by myself and have to remember Dr John Lee's 4 D's: Drop, Delay, Delegate and Do! Can you believe that they even have a pad drawn up on practically the same principle?
The (Not) To Do pad is tri columned and allows you to list out the various activities that need to be done in, say, a day. You then can classify if you have to do the activity by yourself immediately or if it can be done by somebody else (This one's for you Hubby darling!), or if it's just not a dire necessity to complete that day.
This 75 paged pad I know would be my father-in-law's all time favorite organizational aid and can be bought for 5.95 US$ online or from these stores.

Now these are super cute! A 20 paged organizational coupon booklet with Buttoned Up coupons that perhaps you can give to Hubby and the kids a week prior to Mother's Day and see how 20 of your regular chores get done by your 'Love Helpers'. (Coupons can be redeemed for taking out the trash, doing the laundry, cleaning a room et al!)
Since this is 50% off right now, at 1.98 US$ online, maybe you can buy a whole stack and save them for a rainy day!! ( You can also buy these from these stores.)

These are my favorite. I love putting little greeting cards in with the gifts we give. I don't like the cards too big or too tiny. These are a nice size and I love that they're blank, thus allowing me to pen in my own little message to the recipient.
This Greetings stash includes 6 birthday cards, 2 anniversary cards, 2 thank you cards and 2 blank cards. The stash can be bought for 6.95 US$ online or from these stores.
I also have my eye on Buttoned Up's Birthday Book since I just can't seem to find my old one, the Receipt Catcher to systematically store all those store receipts that lie in a big crumpled paper ball in our top kitchen drawer and the Chore Pad!
What draws me to Buttoned Up is their price and how useful they are to anybody who needs to get a little organization in their lives. (women, men and yes, even teens!)

ReplyDeleteI think it is good to have a little organization with everything, even if how trivial you think it is. So this really will get the organization gears going.
