Remember that song "You're never fully dressed without a smile" from the movie Annie? ....Well, if you ask my Mother or Sis, I'm sure they'd belt out their improvisation to the famous number......
"You're never fully dressed....You're never fully dressed.....You're never fully dressed without a.....SCARF!"

I'm sure both of them would rock this review to the roof as they continuously try to convince me that a scarf is a must-have accessory to bring life to an otherwise drab looking outfit. Both have impeccable taste and honestly I'm learning more than just a tip or two from them. I'm a more 'quiet' person when it comes to clothes so wearing a bold scarf sometimes makes me think three times before I drape it on....but having looked through the collection Fashion Scarves & Shawls has, I have to admit that I found a number of scarves and shawls that I really think are ME!

Fashion Scarves & Shawls not only has a large collection of a variety of scarves and shawls for women but they also have stuff for the menfolk at home and the kids.

Thanks to Meryl (the founder), the site even has a very informative segment on the various ways you can tie a scarf. (Armed with these ideas, I'll now make Ma and my Sis real proud the next time they see me with a scarf tastefully draped and not just thrown onto my neck!)

Sheba's fabric is 30% silk and 70% rayon and feels just great! I'm still getting used to the hot pink but the scarf against a deep black top really brings the whole outfit to life!
