"Namaste and Swagatham!"

I just had to greet (Namaste) and welcome (Swagatham) you into my bloggy home the 'desi' way.

I'm so honored that you'd like to spend a little time in my happy home. Would you like a cup of delicious ginger chai while we 'gup-chup' (chat)?

Let me introduce myself.....everyone calls me Marina (except for Hubby and my dottie!)and I'm an Indian Stay at Home mom who moved to the US a little over 2 years ago.

I'm married to a wonderful, loving man who is an ever so patient, doting Hubby

(as you can see, even the 'birds' are crazy about him!)

and we've been blessed with an adorable 'Energizer Bunny' of a daughter. This 3 year, 8month old can live on plain oxygen and has enough energy to put a generator to shame! I love her to bits and well, she's the one who brings color to our lives!....Our precious Bunny girl.


I initially began this blog early March this year (yes I'm not yet a year old!) as a means to record Bunny girl's little anecdotes, my adventures and tips as a Stay at home Mommy, my reflections as a parent, my insights in faith and my frugal means to help my family stretch that valuable buck! Over time I've begun to feature product reviews and this in turn has allowed me to include something everyone loves....GIVEAWAYS!
(And I have a bunch of Festive Ones that you can enter right now especially since you're all charged up after SITSmas yesterday... Woo-hoo!!)

Like I said....my home is always full of life....God has been good!

To all my readers who've not heard about SITS yet.....'The Secret Is In The Sauce' is an awesome community ....rather family...of bloggers who visit each other, support each other and encourage each other in their blogging endeavors.

I joined SITS maybe a month or so after I started blogging and it was the best decision ever as I've made some lovely blogging friends, learnt from fellow bloggers and have been encouraged when I've visited other blogs. I'm sure you will love the experience just as much as I do!
