1 Acme Junior 5" scissors 2 pack: 1$
3 packs of pencils: 0.03$

Total: 20.4$

Minus:

• 5$ off 20 Staples coupon from the ad (You can print off this coupon from the weekly online ad on Staples.com or clip it off the ad delivered with your newspaper this morning)

• (If you have any of the Scotch tape coupons from the inserts last month, you could use them in the scenario too. Accordingly you may need a filler and with the 1 cents pencils deal, this sould not be a problem!)

• If you plan to replace any of the 1$ products mentioned in the above deal you can buy 2 packs of BIC Wite out for 1$ using 2 coupons from this link. ('Click Here for Savings' tab)

*The 5$ off 20 add states the coupon can't be used with any other coupon. I'm not sure if this means Staples coupons only or any other manufacturer coupon. I would say take your coupons anyway and see if you can get them accepted but give in your 5 off 20 coupon first and then your manufacturer coupons

Update @ 4.10 pm...Just back from my local Staples store...total spent was 16.64$ after the 5 off 20 coupon and including 1.60$ tax (whew!) After rebates I would be paying 29 cents for

1 Scotch Tape
1 Acme Junior scissors and
1 mini stapler

The pencils were priced at 99 cents a pack and they were only honoring the 1 cent price if you brought in an internet print out of the Staples ad that states the pack is on sale for 1 cent and then again you are allowed only 2 packs per person.I didn't have the print out and don't plan to go all the way back for 2 + 2 packs (Hubby and self).. so that was off my list.

Update at 11pm: Wish I'd seen NWA Deals sale scenario before we headed out.
Buy 2 Photo paper packs and 1 copy paper pack, submit rebates and you should get a 2.99$ moneymaker/profit at the end of it all!
