CLOSED: More Fun at H-E-B with the new H-E-Buddy Game (+Giveaway)

Bunny girl has loved shopping at H-E-B ever since she was introduced to the H-E-Buddy game placed behind the checkout counters. As a toddler, Hubby would help her maneuver the crane to pick up high scoring plastic balls and she'd watch with excitement as the plastic balls would drop into the collection counter for her to pick. The only part of the game we didn't enjoy was watching our then 3 year old save a huge pile of plastic balls in her toy box. Eventually, though, I'd manage to get ride of all the balls but we always thought it was one colossal plastic waste. Thankfully H-E-B has realized that too and from early this month onwards I'm sure you've seen these beauties in your stores.....

These are the new Buddy Buck Accepters and just in case you aren't sure how they work, here's the 1-2-3....

Step 1: Place your Buddy Buck in the Buddy Buck Accepter (Buck received from the H-E-B cashier when paying).

Step 2: Wheel will begin to spin. Player can stop wheel by using red button. The new design makes it easier for kids of all ages to play.

Step 3: Take your winning points (a sticker)! Kids collect stickers in their scorecard and redeem them for prizes. Also, the Buddy now talks and kids will hear a message from Buddy each time they win a sticker for playing.

Not only is this faster but it's more dependable and easy to play in only 20 seconds or less!
Plus the game is also more eco friendly!
Did you know that by getting rid of the plastic bubbles the old prizes came in, H-E-B is able to eliminate 22.3 million plastic bubbles. That's 224,556 pounds of plastic which equals to the weight of 37 Shamus!
WOW!!
Now that's a another feather in the 'Here-Everything's-Better' H-E-B hat!
