It all began with a trip to China. Linda Carlish saw a smiley face toasted onto a slice of bread and that's when her mind set off into creative gear. The end result was the creation of a Mommy's best buddy with Pop Art Toaster.

With Pop Art Toaster you will have tiny smiling faces at breakfast and snack time, thanks to the Pop Art Toasters and my favorite, the 5 in 1 Tasty Bakers. The Tasty Baker is that all in one table top appliance that bakes muffins, quick breads, cake, pancakes, waffles and donuts. It even cooks eggs!
Now tell me...who wouldn't want this in their kitchen especially if they have little picky eaters?

Oh and parents, this just gets better! You even get these with your child's Disney favorites- Mickey and the gang or if you have a little Princess at home, they even have the Princess 5 in 1 Tasty Baker!
I know Bunny girl would've loved to have a crown shaped waffle or a castle shaped pancake but I figured it was best we go neutral with the Mickey 5 in 1 Tasty baker. (More fun for her little buddies when they come over for playdates especially when they're not into Princesses!)


Now I'm not a pancake whiz in the kitchen so approaching the 5 in 1 Tasty baker was done with quite a bit of apprehension. Thankfully the instructions are simple and clearly outlined. Once I'd gone through the same, we were on a roll!

The Mickey 5 in 1 Tasty baker has 6 die cut impressions on the mold featuring Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto.


Once the plate heats up, you need to spray on very little cooking spray and pour in your batter with the provided batter scoop, just to fill each die cut character up.


It was such a treat watching Bunny girl run up to the counter to check if the characters were all set to come out.


My first batch of Disney pancakes were, shall we just say, a tad bit tanned but once I figured out how much time my batter actually need to stay in there and at what mark I needed to leave the thermostat control at, we had our pancakes done just right.

Now tell me, which little kid wouldn't want to have these for breakfast?


I have to add that it was really easy to clean the non stick plate mold once we'd walloped several servings of Mickeys and Minnies thus motivating me to pull out the 5 in 1 Tasty baker much sooner than later!
