With a new year quickly creeping in, I'm sure there will be a whole bunch of birthday parties your little one will have to attend. What would you do if he/she comes home from school with an invite for a costume party and it's in April....where would you run to look for costumes? The costume he/she wore in October has a hole or two and has become a size too small.....panic mode? Nope! Click over to Moon Costumes!! Bunny girl was invited for a costume party earlier this month and she sweetly said she'd dress up as Tinkerbell using her 'purple' wings that my Mom had got for her. We don't dress up and celebrate Halloween so we didn't have any costumes at home....thankfully I stumbled upon Moon Costumes and best of all they had a Cinderella costume I knew she'd love.

Picking a costume was hard. The options were many and I wasn't sure about the sizes but Erik helped me pick something we could use for Bunny girl even months after the party was over. Not only was he generous enough to send her the costume, as a review, but also offered one of my readers their choice of ANY costume on the site, as long as it was priced below 70 US$ and boy there's a whole selection you can pick from with that limit!

Bunny girl could not believe her eyes when we opened up the package 2 days before the party. The costume is very pretty with a Cinderella broach, princess puffs and bows in all the right places and it even comes with a matching hairband and cloth neckband-lace!

Bunny girl immediately got into 'Princess mode' once we slipped the outfit on for her to try.....she twirled and sashayed around the room, spoke with her gentle high pitched Princess voice and got into character in a blink of an eye. That reaction was so worth it all!

The Cinderella costume was much bigger than the size she generally wears but I preferred getting her a bigger size than something she'd outgrow in a month or so. We did our little alterations on the shoulders and waist and left the length long.

I wish you could've seen her at the party....she floated around regally and loved that she could pay dress up with her friends.

The satin costume was comfortable and very wearable and best of all she can wear it atleast for another year or so! (Thankfully she didn't get any stains on the outfit else it would need to go in for a suggested dry clean.)
