I've had more than just a few readers ask me how I manage to keep track of all the live giveaways, mail correspondences, giveaway results, contacting winners, sending out addresses et al. I've said this before and I'll say it again....I'm STILL very old school!! I do not use online planners or Outlook charts.... I use a prize I won from a blog about 3-4 months after I started blogging. Want to know my secret?.... It's a BusyBody Organizer!

My Organizer is like my little black book. I cannot schedule my posts without her...I need her to record all my winners details, I have to have her by my side as I type. Me and my BusyBody are inseparable blogging buddies!

I've reviewed many Organizers and have found they may have a feature or two more than my BusyBody but I've just grown to love using this Organizer.

The Organizer features a grid format on the right hand page and a 'To Doodles' page on the left. The grid is divided into 5 columns so if you write really small you can pen in schedules for every member in your family (Hubby, yourself and 3 kids) or you can just be like me and use all 5 blocks as a long space to fill in your schedule for the day.

I love the 'To Doodles' page as I've spider scrawled all my 'bloggy thoughts' and updated 'to do' giveaway lists on the same. It helps me coordinate with what I've scheduled for that week by referring to the grid elements listed on the facing page. I also use this page to list out my giveaway winners lists for the week with contact email addresses.

An additional feature is the mini calender shot of the prior month, present month and month ahead.....yet another helpful reference aid!

The Organizer ends with a few pages allotted for you to fill in your..

• Appointments and plans
• Notes
• 'To do' lists -these are perforated 3 column pages that you can ordinarily use as say your shopping lists or 'must do' reminders.
• List of your favorite restaurants and take-out, with their contact information
• List of important people in your life, with their contact information.

The Organizers also include pockets to hold loose sheets of paper. These are placed on the inner covers of the Organizer, both at the back and in the front.

All BusyBody organizers feature a similar layout and are spiral bound. Makes maneuvering through the pages so much easier. I always vote spiral for Organizers...they work best! (I speak from experience!!)
