I've heard of people frequenting casinos, splurging their life savings away only to yield nothing but things worked otherwise for 2 young college graduates- Parth Sharma and Girish Karnani. In 2002, these aspiring designers put 191US$ into a casino and got back enough start up capital to run up a bunch of design samples to convince specialty stores that they could create designs the guy folk would flock to buy. 9 years later, Parth and Girish stand established and have proven that dreaming big could accomplish into something big....

Hubby was sent 4 shirts. The package came while he was away at work and well...I just had to open the box....I know, I know patience is just not my middle name!!

My first impression was the shirts (Bottle Rocket and Sinister) felt so soft but I wasn't going to be the one wearing these Hubby was, so his opinions count over mine!



The comfort factor won Hubby over and he has always loved checks so these worked well for him! Now I'm not a big fan of anything checkered but honestly these two shirts were immediately excused because I loved the fabric and well....when Hubby put them on he looked good! (Ok now can you see that Cheshire cat grin plastered on my face?)

The other 2 shirts (Tomahawk and Homegrown) once again scored on fabric feel and comfort and looked great from the front



but the designs on the back didn't really appeal to us.



Maybe it was because we both felt the design was more youthful and we're both very 'conservative in design' dressers. The design element was a little 'too happening' for our tastes, so we've saved both shirts to pass on to one of our younger buddies.
