I don't even need to introduce this fourth generation, family owned company. Dei Fratelli is a household name when you talk about tomato products.

Be it a salsa, a juice, a paste or a tomato ready to be thrown into a dish in progress, the Dei Fratelli name is firmly impressed into the minds of its consumer. Recently the brand has opened the line out to include another great product- Pasta Sauces.

If you are like me and absolutely love a yum Pasta but have no clue as to how to make a Pasta Sauce from scratch then Dei Fratelli sauces are just what you need! I generally use 2 particular brands and have found the sauces are great but after a while you want more than just the same old taste. I have tried different variances under those brands but in the end they all leave the same flavor in my mouth.

I have to say I finally found a sauce that has a taste of difference in it and actually mini chunks of vegetables too....Dei Fratelli's Fire Roasted Vegetable Pasta Sauce
The sauce is made with fire roasted zucchini, red and yellow bell peppers, onions and carrots. The sauce is gluten free (as are all Dei Fratelli products except the tomato soup) and made with imported extra virgin olive oil! I made our pasta meal with minced meat cooked in this sauce...mmmmm!

I am yet to try the Homestyle Pasta Sauce and the Tomato & Basil but considering I loved the Fire Roasted Vegetable Pasta Sauce, I'm sure my family will enjoy these 2 just as much!
