If you are like me, you will know being away from family is
sometimes really hard and it isn't always that everyone can coordinate time zone differences to get onto the computer to voice chat. Thus when I was given the opportunity to try out a Pingo international calling card, I jumped at the opportunity especially as I learnt calling my family in India is much cheaper than using the other prepaid calling card service we've been using for the past 2 years.Pingo who?
Pingo is the growing name in prepaid calling services that offer one of the best rates in international calling cards. They're a service of iBasis, one of the world's leading carriers of international phone calls. Pingo's association with iBasis is the reason you can enjoy a low calling rate to any place around the world.
Don't believe me? Then check this link and choose the country of choice to see how low their rates per minute work out.
Pingo is even confident to state they will be "The Last Calling Card You'll Ever Need!"
Here's an example:
| Local | Toll Free | |
| India | 2.95¢ | 3.95¢ |
| India - Mobile | 2.95¢ | 3.95¢ |
| India - Mobile - BSNL | 2.95¢ | 3.95¢ |
And another:
| Local | Toll Free | |
| United Kingdom | 2.00¢ | 3.00¢ |
| United Kingdom - London | 1.75¢ | 2.75¢ |
| United Kingdom - Mobile | 15.50¢ | 16.50¢ |
| United Kingdom - NGN - 870 | 15.50¢ | 16.50¢ |
| United Kingdom - NGN - National | 15.50¢ | 16.50¢ |
| United Kingdom - Other | 14.00¢ | 15.00¢ |
| United Kingdom - Personal | 28.00¢ | 29.00¢ |
I know nothing beats sitting at the computer and calling family on skype or over the yahoo messenger but what happens when you need to have a nice long talk and there isn't a computer close by?
